This policy explains how TradeSquare, operated by an independent individual (its creator, not a company), collects and uses your information. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

  • Account info — email, display name, and authentication data.
  • Content you create — trades, journal entries, backtests, strategies, posts, groups.
  • Connected-account data — where you link a broker/exchange, the data those read-only keys return.
  • Usage data — basic logs and device/browser information to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use it

To provide and improve the Service, personalize your experience, secure accounts, and communicate with you (e.g. verification and account emails).

3. Service providers

We use trusted processors to run the Service, including:

  • Google Firebase — authentication, database, file storage, and hosting.
  • Google (Gemini) — AI features you choose to use.
  • Paddle — our Merchant of Record and payment processor for paid plans. Paddle collects and processes your billing details to complete purchases; we never see or store your card numbers.

These providers process data under their own terms and security standards.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies/local storage to keep you signed in and to operate the Service.

5. Data retention & security

We retain your data while your account is active and as needed to operate the Service. We apply reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Your rights

You can access or update your information in-app, and you may request deletion of your account and data by contacting support@trade-square.net. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights (e.g. under GDPR/CCPA).

7. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
