Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of TradeSquare (the “Service”), operated by an independent individual — its creator (“we”, “us”). TradeSquare is not a company; it is run by one person. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclaimer.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no illegal activity, harassment, spam, scraping, attempts to breach security, market manipulation, or infringing others’ rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you post (journal entries, strategies, posts, listings). You grant us a license to host and display it to operate the Service. You are responsible for content you share and must have the rights to share it.

5. Educational purpose — not financial advice

The Service is for education and analytics only and does not provide financial advice. See the Risk Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Paid services

Some features (e.g. course or group access and premium subscriptions) may require payment. Pricing, billing cycles, renewals, and refund terms will be shown at purchase and are incorporated here by reference. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing us, and you keep access through the end of the period you have paid for. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd, whose Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase. If something is wrong, contact us at support@trade-square.net within 14 days of a charge and we will review your refund request. See our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its branding, and software are owned by TradeSquare’s creator and protected by law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeSquare is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for trading losses arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Questions: support@trade-square.net.
